2017 JBBP Gakugeikai (Performing Arts Night)

Teachers and Senseis have begun preparations for our annual Gakugeikai (Performing Arts Night) but we need your help too!

Please sign up to help your child's classroom or the general program as listed below.

The performance is Friday, December 15th, 2017 from 6:30 pm at Gateway High School.

We need volunteers for:

SETUP CREW

  • 8 - 9:30am at Gateway Auditorium

Clean up stage and Set up chairs & tables, put up signs, decorate stage, etc.
ステージの掃除やサインを貼ったり、受付のテーブルを並べたりする仕事

SOUND CREW

  • 8 - 12pm at RP Auditorium & Gateway Auditorium
  • 5pm - end at Gateway Auditorium

Set up and adjust microphones, cue music, etc　
音楽、マイクのセットアップ等

STAGE CREW

  • 8:30 - 12pm
  • 5:30 - end at Gateway Auditorium

Adjust lights, open & close curtains, prop set up, etc. 
カーテンの開け閉めや小道具を出し入れする仕事

CLEAN-UP CREW

  • end of performance at Gateway Auditorium

Take down banners, take down sign, sweep auditorium etc.
会場の片づけ

CLASSROOM HELPERS

  • 9 - 12pm in Classroom
  • 6pm - end at Gateway Auditorium

Help students get dressed, take care of class props, escort students on & off stage.
リハーサルと当日のクラス担任の手伝い (当日は、生徒と一緒に座ります)

HOST

  • 6 - 6:45pm at Gateway Auditorium

Greet families and pass out programs until performance begins. 
開演前にお客様へプログラムを渡す仕事

SPECIAL GUEST RECEPTION 

  • 6 - 6:45 at Gateway Auditorium

Check in Special guests, pass out name tags, & usher to seats.

VIDEOGRAPHER

  • 6pm - end at Gateway Auditorium

Shoot footage from various angles

VIDEO EDITOR (will be contacted by Yuka Inoue-sensei)
Edit footage for DVD production.

PHOTOGRAPHER

  • 6pm - end at Gateway Auditorium

Photos can be copied to a CD for archives as well as school PR.
